General Terms and Conditions – TT Klepper, Motorsport & Metalworks

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, work, deliveries and agreements between T.T. Klepper, Motorsport & Metalworks (hereinafter: “we” or “us”) and its customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Quotations and Agreements

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation or deposit. For custom work, we only start after approval of the quote.

3. Delivery time

Delivery time depends on how busy we are.

For standard products we have a delivery time of 1–3 working days.

For specific products such as manifolds, the delivery time is on average 4 weeks.

For custom orders, delivery times will be discussed by email. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in advance, unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend further deliveries.

5. Shipping and Damage

Shipments are handled by an external carrier. Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

Damage or transport damage must be reported to us in writing, along with photos, within 7 days of receipt. After this period, all liability expires.

6. Warranty and Exclusions

Our products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, provided they are used correctly.

Please note: Using exhaust wrap on exhaust manifolds will void the warranty.

Wear and tear, damage due to installation errors or changes to the product without prior consultation are not covered by the warranty.

7. Customization and Tolerances

Custom-made items may have slight variations in size or appearance. This is not grounds for a refund unless there are obvious defects.

8. Returns and Cancellation

Custom made products cannot be returned.

Cancelling an order is possible as long as production has not yet started.

In case of cancellation after production has started, a maximum of 50% of the invoice amount may be charged.

Standard products may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and product designs remain the property of T.T. Klepper, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

10. Changes to the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version is always available on our website. For current agreements, the version in effect at the time of their conclusion applies, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the Midden-Nederland court, Amersfoort location.

The official company name is T.T. Klepper Autosport & Metaalwerken. On the English version of this website, this name is translated as T.T. Klepper Motorsport & Metalworks for ease of understanding.
It must be noted that T.T. Klepper Autosport & Metaalwerken is the legally registered name of the company and shall be used on all official documents, contracts, and invoices.
